>Resep Tumis Genjer Bumbu Kencur

Bahan :

  • 250 gr genjer,dipotong 3cm
  • 2 sdm ebi,direndam air panas lalu dimemarkan
  • 250 ml air
  • 4 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu halus :

  • 4 buah cabai merah
  • 4 buah cabai rawit
  • 1 sdt terasi
  • 10 cm kencur
  • 1 sdt garam

Cara membuat :

  1. Tumis bumbu halus dan ebi sampai matang
  2. Tambahkan genjer,aduk hingga layu
  3. Tuang air lalu masak sampai bumbu meresap.Angkat,sajikan. (sumbersaji)
