Bahan :

  • 50 gr margarine tawar
  • 75 ml susu cair
  • 250 gr coklat masak pekat,dipotong2
  • 50 gr kenari,diiris halus
  • 100 gr mix fruit,dipotong kotak
  • 2 sdm rhum
  • 100 gr kacang madu,dicincang kasar

Cara membuat :

  1. Lelehkan margarine tawar dan susu cair sampai margarine leleh.Angkat
  2. Masukkan potongan coklat masak pekat.Aduk sampai coklat larut
  3. Tuang ke campuran kenari dan mix fruit.Aduk sampai bergumpal.Tambahkan rhum.Aduk rata
  4. Gulung memanjang diameter 2cm.Gulingkan di kacang madu.Bungkus dengan plastic
  5. Bekukan di freezer. Potong – potong
