Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae Recipe


Ice Cream Milk:

  • 450 ml milk
  • 100 gr chocolate powder
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 150 ml of liquid coffee extract
  • 125 gr powdered sugar
  • 125 gr chocolate powder
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla

How to Make Ice Cream:

  1. Mix all ingredients mix well
  2. Pour into baking pan and freeze in freezer
  3. Which has been frozen dough blender until smooth and thick
  4. Store in a sealed plastic container and then put back into freezer until frozen

How to Make Sauce:

  1. Mix the liquid coffee extract, sugar and cocoa powder and cook until boiling and thickened, then add vanilla and lift.
  2. Serve with ice cream sauce
